We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information when you use the website https://inkposter.com (referred to as the website, online shop, online store or online offer).

This Privacy Notice explains who we are, how and why we collect, use and store your personal information, how we keep it secure and the rights you have under applicable data protection laws.

This Notice is provided in a layered format so you can easily navigate to specific sections.

This Notice does not apply to:

  • Personal information collected when you use an InkPoster device or the InkPoster mobile application. Those activities are governed by the separate InkPoster Device and App Privacy Notice available within the application.

  • Personal information processed when you interact with our social media pages or other websites we operate. In those cases, the relevant privacy notice will apply.

  • Personal information processed in the context of employment or business contracting relationships.

We will notify you of updates to this Privacy Notice by publishing the revised version on this page and updating the effective date. Where changes are material, we will take additional steps to bring them to your attention.

Our website and services are not intended for children under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact shop@inkposter.co.uk so we can take appropriate action.

This Privacy Notice has been prepared in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation, the Data Protection Act 2018, the EU General Data Protection Regulation where applicable and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations.

The term “user” refers to all individuals whose personal information we process, including customers, business partners, prospective partners and website visitors. All terms are used in a gender neutral way.

Responsibilities include online purchases and payment processing, order fulfilment, shipping and delivery and returns and delivery related customer support.

For the purposes of UK GDPR and EU GDPR, the relevant entity acts as a data controller for the personal information it processes and in some cases the entities act as joint controllers.

2. PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We may collect and process the following categories of personal information:

  • Identity and contact details such as name, postal address, email address, telephone number, IP address, online identifiers and account details.

  • Transaction and payment information, including purchase history and payment confirmation details. We do not store full payment card details.

  • Usage and technical data, including device type, browser, pages viewed, time spent on the site, referring URLs, cookies and similar technologies.

  • Approximate location data derived from IP address.

  • Communications and user content such as messages sent to us, support enquiries, reviews and submitted forms.

We do not intentionally collect special category data such as health information or precise location data. If such data is provided accidentally, please contact shop@inkposter.co.uk so it can be deleted.

  • Service providers acting on our behalf, including payment processors, delivery partners, IT service providers, analytics providers and customer support platforms.
