Order processing time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.

Orders are typically dispatched for next working day delivery when placed before 3.30pm. A 2 business day lead time is applied to allow for processing and courier collection.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping method and estimated delivery

Orders are shipped via TNT or FedEx from our UK warehouse.

Delivery is usually next working day after dispatch, however delivery times may vary depending on location. Remote or rural areas may experience longer transit times.

Shipping rates

Delivery is charged at a flat rate of £16 per shipment. This cost is shown clearly at checkout before payment is completed.

Shipping and responsibility on delivery

TNT and FedEx do not offer additional shipping insurance for this type of product.

We strongly advise customers to check the packaging carefully before signing for delivery. If the packaging is damaged, or if there are any visible issues, this should be reported to the courier immediately and noted at the point of delivery.

If your order arrives damaged or with missing contents, please contact us as soon as possible at shop@inkposter.co.uk with photos and a brief description of the issue so we can investigate.

If a product is found to be faulty, this will be handled in line with our returns policy.
