RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
We want you to be happy with your InkPoster purchase. If something is not right, we are here to help.
Your right to cancel
If you are a UK consumer, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your InkPoster, for any reason.
If you cancel within this period, you must return the item to us and we will issue a refund in accordance with this policy.
Extended returns period
In addition to your legal rights, we offer an extended 30 calendar day return period from the date of delivery for eligible items.
You may request a refund or exchange during this period, subject to the conditions below.
Return eligibility
To qualify for a return, all of the following must apply:
- The item is in new and unused condition
- All original packaging, accessories and documentation are included
- Proof of purchase is provided, such as an order confirmation or receipt
Return authorisation
Before returning any item, please contact us at shop@inkposter.co.uk to request a return.
For technical questions, difficulties using your InkPoster, or to request a repair or replacement under warranty, please contact help@inkposter.com.
Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
Return shipping costs
If the return is due to our error, such as a faulty or incorrect item, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
If the return is due to a change of mind, we will cover return shipping costs provided the return is requested within 30 calendar days of delivery.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, in line with applicable consumer protection laws.
Non returnable items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund, except where required by law:
- Gift cards
- Customised or personalised products
- Final sale or clearance items
- Items returned after 30 calendar days from delivery
- Products damaged due to misuse, modification or improper handling
This does not affect your statutory rights if a product is faulty or not as described.
Faulty or defective products
If your InkPoster is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not as described, please contact shop@inkposter.co.uk as soon as possible. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected.
